What a Decipher consultation is

A consultation is a private, structured conversation intended to help you describe a situation, consider perspectives, recognise patterns, explore options, or identify a practical next step. The creator's profile explains their approach, suitable topics, and limitations.

What it is not

Decipher is not an emergency service. Unless a profile clearly states verified qualifications and an applicable professional role, a consultation is not psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or another regulated professional service.

Creator boundaries

A creator may pause, redirect, or decline a topic that falls outside their experience, role, or safe scope. They may recommend that you contact an appropriately qualified professional. Booking a session does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, solicitor-client, or financial-adviser relationship.

Urgent or crisis situations

Do not wait for a Decipher booking if you or another person may be in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or needing urgent mental-health support. Contact the emergency services or crisis-support service available in your current location.

Your decisions

Decipher conversations can provide perspective, but they cannot guarantee a particular result. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and for obtaining specialist advice where a situation requires it.
